MIKTA : Current Situation and The Way Forward

MIKTA is an informal partnership between Mexico, Indonesia, South Korea, Turkey and Australia. It is led by the Foreign Ministers. It was created in 2013 on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York City and aims to support effective global governance. Since its establishment in 2013, MIKTA has become not only a place to share idea and experience, but also a forum to find an innovative and breakthrough strategy in the management of gobal order. Through MIKTA, five members countries are collaboratively trying to overcome the many dilemmas that now confront international community.
